All requests for machinery, consultations, or services require valid contact information. Requests are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message including scope, timeline, and assigned contact.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the requested service or machinery. Payment terms are detailed in quotations. Online payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.
4. Modifications & Cancellations
Clients may request minor adjustments during service execution. Significant changes may affect timelines and costs. Cancellations are handled according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate details, timely feedback, and necessary resources. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery schedules.
6. Liability
Al-Fateh aims to provide high-quality services. Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by proven negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
7. Force Majeure
Al-Fateh is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical outages. Reasonable efforts will be made to mitigate delays.
8. Data & Privacy

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Lahore unless otherwise agreed upon.
